Oil semitrailers are widely used to transport liquid materials such
as gasoline, diesel, crude oil and other chemicals.
The tanks range in capacity from 30,000 litres to 65,000 litres and
can be made of carbon steel, 304 stainless steel or aluminium alloy
and can be divided into compartments according to customer
requirements to form individual compartments that can be
individually loaded with different liquids as required.

Truck picture
The tank trailer adopts the integral welding process, compared with
the traditional circular welding method, not only more beautiful,
but also lower the risk of oil leakage.
The frame adopts straight beam or goose whisker structure. The
space frame structure formed by the welding of the longitudinal
beam and the whole through beam ensures the strength, stiffness and
toughness of the frame, and has excellent bearing capacity without
permanent deformation. Longitudinal beam adopts automatic submerged
arc welding process.
Each compartment is equipped with high-quality aluminum discharge
valves, manholes and bottom valves, and has emergency braking to
ensure the safety of the tanker.
